On May 18th, 2010, Veolia bus operators represented by ATU 1001 Voted to ACCEPT the recommended Tentative Agreement by 67% "YES" to 33% "NO"

Please show solidarity and support as you encounter them out on the streets.  They are no longer "at will" employees and, like you, cannot be fired or diciplined without "just cause".  Their Contract protects them from improper work assignments and arbitrary company actions.  They have a tight to union representation when being questioned by the company.  We will use this first contract as a building block to try to achieve equity for all members who drive fixed-route transit buses for RTD
